Welcome to the San Carlos City, Negros Occidental Organization, USA Chapter homepage, the world wide web link to all our fellow kababayans out there. Our members are from San Carlos City, Negros Occidental, Philippines. The SCCNOO was formed in 2005 and is based in New Jersey, USA. We are currently over 400 members in the U.S.A.  and Canada with over 50 active registered members. The SCCNOO is a non-profit organization with activities that includes annual picnic, dinner-dance, trip to Atlantic City, newsletter publication, scholarship grant fund, fund raising, establishment of member assistance program in search of employment or professional advancement and creation of SCCNOO members Directory. Anyone who is from San Carlos City, Negros Occidental or has stayed in the city and is a resident of the United States of America can be a member of our association. Although we are currently structured as a U.S.A. organization, we are now open to memberships from Canada. Thank you for visiting our homepage.
